Vegan Chocolate Bark

A delicious chocolate treat!

Ingredients

Scale

1 1b dark chocolate broken into chunks

Toppings;

edible rosebuds

pistachios

dried fruit: cherries, cranberries, blueberries, raisins, sultanas, apricots,

nuts: walnuts, cashews, almonds, hazelnuts, macadamias

shredded coconut

crushed peppermint

Instructions

  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Place the chocolate chunks in a heatproof bowl.
  3.  Microwave the chocolate for bursts of 30 seconds only, stirring gently and thoroughly in between until melted. Do NOT overcook or burn the chocolate, go slow!
  4. Pour the melted chocolate onto the parchment paper, spread with a spatula.
  5. Sprinkle over your desired toppings.
  6. Allow to harden either at room temperature or in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
