How The Cooking Classes Work
1. All recipes are whole food plant-based with no added salt, oil, or sugar. Classes are taught over a password protected Zoom sessions.
2. One week before the class I will email you with a shopping list of ingredients and a list of helpful/required equipment, one day before the class I will email you the full recipes and Zoom link.
3. It’s entirely your choice if you would like to cook along with me or watch and take notes. Classes are interactive! I encourage camera’s on and lots of chatting and questions – we have fun!
4. Please gather all ingredients prior to class if you will be cooking along. Feel free to pre-measure and prep all ingredients before class if you would like.

LOOKING FOR PRIVATE OR SMALL GROUP CLASSES?
Small groups are fun for couples, mother/daughter, girl’s night, or for a special present! Both private and small group classes are 90 minutes and cost $100.00
